I am always in awe at the different scenery here. I've heard this area be referred to as a "friggin forest" and well coming back this time I'd have to agree. With all the rain that has been coming down lately this area is lush and very very green. It is also really cold! I definitely did not bring enough "cool weather" clothing here.
So on my walk yesterday I heard a John Mayer song. And while Im not totally a JM fan, there was one verse from his song "In Your Atmosphere" that totally struck me.
"Wherever I go, whatever I do
I wonder where I am in my relationship to you
Wherever you go, wherever you are
I watch your life play out in pictures from afar"
Mmhmm food for thought.
